GENERALS

B.REBEL sends out orders with Vietnam Post. We are working on with different carriers to bring out the fastest shipping rate possible with the fairest fee.

DELIVERY TIME

VIETNAM / 1-5 days
INTERNATIONAL / 10-14 days

We aim to process and ship all orders within stated business days of purchase. This time is subject to change due to the nature of production and heavy order volumes.

DELIVERY CHARGES

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. All amounts are stated in USD and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery method Charges:

Vietnam - Free
International Standard - $15

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us by email to info@brebel.co or through our website at http://www.brebel.co. Once the parcel has been shipped out to you, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carrier’s instead . So please make sure you do the followings right to prevent problems.

Provide correct address for delivery.
The address for delivery is accessible.
Make sure there is someone is available to collect the parcel.

RETURNS

We understand you would want to return your product if you are not happy with the product so we make it really simple for you. Here is the rules for return or exchange:

We receive the returned product within 14 days from the date you received the product.
The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached.

Dead simple eh!? - But in case you didn’t follow any of the rules above when returning / exchanging, the product will be returned to you.

REFUNDS

We will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we received your returned product.

IMPROPER RETURNS

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product). We will not refund or exchange the product We may return it back to you but re-delivery charge might be applied. If we do not receive the payment of the re-delivery within 14 days, we may destroy the product without any liability to you.
