TERMS OF USE
By using our website, you agree to the Terms of Use. We may change or update these terms so please check this page regularly. We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
AVAILABILITY
When purchasing an item it is always possible that the purchased item can not be processed in case of a lack of availability. We will cancel the order and contact the buyer through e-mail. Please keep in mind All items are limited! 
PAYMENT
We accept:
  1. Payment by credit/debit card(VISA, MASTER, AMEX etc.) supported by Paypal - no Paypal account required.
  2. Payment via Paypal account.
  3. Payment by Vietnam Bank Transfer (Only for Vietnam). Click here for details.
SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days subject to credit clearance and address verification. It should takes up to 5 days to arrive for Vietnam orders and 14 days for international. We have done our very best to provide the fairest possible shipping prices for our customers. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies. 

RETURN POLICY
It is simple - We accept returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received by you. Returns received within the 14 day period will be accepted. Returns received after the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

The products you return must be in perfect sale condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

If you wish to receive a refund, we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

We are not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected. 

LOST & MISSING ITEMS
We are not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item, the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.
